John brings more than 30 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical and single-use bioprocessing industries. He oversees BioProcess Supplies’ overall operations while remaining closely involved with production, sales, and customer relationships. His industry knowledge and hands-on leadership continue to guide BPSSU’s commitment to responsive service, quality, and practical bioprocess solutions.

Chase leads the interpretation and development of customer assembly designs, translating process requirements into clear technical documentation for manufacturing. Working closely with Sales, Materials, and Production, he helps ensure each design accounts for component selection, functionality, and manufacturability before it reaches the cleanroom floor.

Jon manages material planning, vendor relationships, and inventory to help keep components available and production schedules moving. He also supports customers through inside sales, helping identify products, components, and assembly solutions for their applications. By working closely with Design and Production, Jon helps connect customer requirements with material availability and manufacturing needs.

Ashley helps coordinate day-to-day operations across both the office and manufacturing teams. She manages production scheduling, communicates job priorities and updates to technicians, and helps keep projects moving efficiently through the facility. Ashley also supports administrative operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and customer billing inquiries.

Ashley oversees daily cleanroom manufacturing activities and supports BPSSU’s team of assembly technicians. She coordinates production workflows, monitors build progress, and helps technicians navigate assembly requirements throughout the manufacturing process. Her hands-on oversight helps maintain consistency, efficiency, and clear communication across cleanroom operations.

Vanessa supports the hands-on manufacturing of BPSSU’s single-use bioprocess assemblies within our cleanroom environment. Working from approved designs and production documentation, she helps turn customer requirements into finished assemblies while maintaining careful attention to accuracy, workmanship, and established manufacturing procedures.

Audre manages incoming and outgoing materials through BPSSU’s warehouse and shipping operations. She helps verify, organize, and maintain inventory as components enter the facility and finished products leave for customers. Her attention to detail supports material traceability, inventory accuracy, and an important final checkpoint in the fulfillment process.

Melissa supports BPSSU’s employees throughout the hiring and employment experience. She coordinates recruiting and onboarding while helping ensure team members have the information and support they need throughout their time with the company. Her role is an important part of maintaining the close-knit, collaborative culture behind BPSSU’s day-to-day operations.

Jill manages BPSSU’s digital marketing and supports sales initiatives designed to connect customers with the right products and capabilities. She oversees website content, product marketing, educational resources, social media, and digital outreach while working closely with the Sales and technical teams to clearly communicate BPSSU’s single-use bioprocess solutions.

Dan leads BPSSU’s quality assurance activities, helping ensure manufacturing processes, documentation, and finished products align with established quality requirements. He supports quality system procedures, documentation review, compliance activities, and continuous improvement while working closely with Production and management to maintain consistent, traceable, and audit-ready operations.
