BPSSU uses Flexsafe® and Flexboy 2D bag chambers to build standard and custom assemblies providing ready-to-use solutions for media and buffer preparation, cell harvest, downstream processing, and sterile fluid storage. Standard volumes from 50 mL to 50 L are available with multiple port and tubing configurations, along with custom options for process-specific requirements. Flexboy 2D bags provide an additional film option featuring S71 film with an EVA product-contact layer and welded EVA tubing.

BPSSU Flexsafe® 2D bags provide a flexible solution for storing, transferring, and processing critical fluids across upstream and downstream applications.
The three-layer Flexsafe film consists of LLDPE outer and product-contact layers with an EVOH gas-barrier layer. Standard assemblies are available in five volumes and three port/tubing configurations per volume.
When a standard assembly doesn’t fit the process, BPSSU can develop custom configurations incorporating different filters, sterile connections, tubing, and related components.
