About an hour outside of Philadelphia, the building started with just 3 offices and a break room in 2018. Since then, the facility has expanded to include 2 warehouses, 2 certified cleanrooms, and several additional office staff. The effort put in to adapt the building to clean pharmaceutical supply manufacturing is reflected in our ability to adapt to our clients’ needs, at any size.

Bioprocess Supplies has a full ISO 9001 and 13485 certified Quality Management system, as well as two ISO class 7 certified cleanroom manufacturing environments.

Bioprocess Supplies is a family-owned manufacturing shop located in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, just an hour east of Philadelphia. The business began in 2018 between a father and son and has since expanded to a team of 10 employees with several cleanroom manufacturing environments.
We work with clients primarily in the Northeast US to develop innovative solutions to pre-commercial bioprocessing needs. While single-use solutions are our focus, we also offer stainless steel products, turn -key process design, and process automation. Bioprocess Supplies has been honored to serve R&D, pilot plant, 503B, and even GMP facilities throughout the US and even internationally.

At Bioprocess Solutions we offer solutions, not just supplies. While other suppliers sell and disappear, Bioprocess Supplies’ team of designers and experts will help you every step of the way.
Chase is our lead draftsman and oversees design interpretation right in the middle of client needs and material planning. He works closely with Sales and the Materials Manager to obtain all design requirements and then creates the technical documentation to communicate those requirements with our manufacturing team.
Cleanroom Technicians have the single most important role at Bioprocess Supplies. All the designing and planning that goes into each build is only made possible by the hands in our manufacturing cleanrooms.
As a small and tightly knit office, Human Resources is integral to our relationship with our employees. Melissa is not only the first filter through which new hires will pass but also makes sure they’re taken care of during their time on our team.
Head of Quality and the certification of our ISO systems, Chris is familiar with and touches every part of our organization. He is experienced with workflow design and regulatory compliance in single-use.
Jon oversees, plans, and coordinates all vendor relations and supply security. Our Materials Manager keeps shelves are stocked to keep lead times low. A key part of the design process, Jon ensures the specificity and supply of the materials needed for your next project. Additionally, Jon works closely with the tech team to optimize our production schedule with material availability.
John is the owner of the company and has been in the single-use bioprocessing market since its early beginnings. Having over 30 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry has allowed him to introduce his clients to a wealth of knowledge. John oversees all Bioprocess Supplies operations including directing production, sales, and administrative matters.
Head of our Manufacturing cleanroom and Assembly technicians. The Cleanroom Supervisor plans all assembly workflows and assists technicians with the process. She provide insight into workflow, build progress, and provides helpful feedback for optimizing our builds.
Ashley is the office authority who has a pulse on all facets of the company. She works with management to organize and deliver important information about job updates and schedules to technicians. When not managing the manufacturing process, Ashley also acts as our Accounts Payable and Receivable, handling all billing inquiries.
Audre works in our main warehouse to process incoming and outgoing shipments. An integral part of the quality process, Audre is the first and last set of eyes on incoming and outgoing material. We rely on Audre’s organization to maintain the integrity of our inventory.
