BPSSU designs and builds custom single-use filtration sets around your fluid path, filters, tubing, connections, and documentation requirements. From clarification and bioburden reduction to sterilizing-grade filtration, each assembly is designed, reviewed, and built around your process.
Filtration Designed Around Your Process
Rather than forcing the process around a predetermined assembly, BPSSU develops filtration sets around the customer’s actual fluid path.
The assembly is drawn and reviewed before build, allowing the customer to approve the configuration prior to manufacturing. BPSSU’s current filtration material states that assemblies are then built in an ISO Class 7 cleanroom.
Configurations can support clarification, bioburden reduction, and sterile filtration applications across development, scale-up, and GMP manufacturing.
